Google developed an application for people with physical and speech disabilities to communicate through search. The app's name is Look to Speak and it allows you to use your eyes to select specific phrases for your mobile phone to reproduce with voice.
How does Look to Speak work?
People only have to look left to right or top to bottom to determine what they want to say from the list of phrases presented to them. In addition to that, the user can customize them and adjust the appearance settings to their liking.
From the main screen, the person should look left or right to select the menu containing the phrase they want to say. Every time you select a list, the sentences will be reduced, until the parent reaches the sentence it wants.
The app is available starting Tuesday, December 8, on both Android and Android One, starting with version 9.0 of the OS. It weighs 11MB at this link: Look to Speak
