Two days later, police arrested two men, who were probably selling the "Aladdin lamp".
One of the sellers of Aladdin's fake lamp introduced himself as an occultist in the transaction, and his accomplice played the role of a genie (pretended to step out of the lamp, details of the process are not not described).
When Khan asked for permission to touch the genie or take the lamp home with him to try it on and then pay, the vendors refused. The deal was made, the doctor was promised health, wealth and other benefits. Then Laik Khan realized that there would be no genius.
Police say the crooks have sold at least several of these "Aladdin lamps".
