I often find myself wanting to send large files for work, or just to share videos with friends or family. By default, my question is usually "Do you have Telegram?", To see if that person can receive it without having to resort to uploading to typical file delivery platforms or to Google Drive. However, when a person doesn't have Telegram or the file occupies more than 2GB, you should look for alternatives.
JustBeamIt is the best site I have tried. This is nothing new, and in fact his Twitter account from 2011 so we can get an idea of at least how long he has been with us. JustBeamIt is a website where we pull a file and it creates a link that we can share with whoever we want. The moment the recipient opens the link on the browser, mobile phone, or PC, the download starts.
I liked JustBeam the first time I tried it with a friend. I, from my home in Barcelona, sent him a 2GB file, and he received the file from his home in Morocco, the maximum upload speed of 280 Mbps for downloading from the point where I placed the laptop.
About 35 Mbps in file transfer speed corresponds to the 20 Mbps that I used to send the file through before through WeTransfer, and here I also found the big difference that made me prefer JustBeam.
The difference also with WeTransfer is that the file size does not matter, because it has no limits, compared to 2 GB of the aforementioned service. The company that developed JustBeamIt ensures that it never saves anything on its servers.
